After a very long time, I am writing something due to unforeseen circumstances but does not matter because we always believe in quality of the content as I got something new from one of my mentors, I take classes from. That is HCM (Hulk control Mechanism). You would be thinking Hulk that one in avengers… Another name of HULK is our subconscious mind. There is a more powerful hulk sitting in all of our minds. Now you would be thinking how a big and powerful hulk can take place in our minds. I would say YES this is true that there is a hulk sitting in all our minds who is controlling our emotions/feelings/mood because we have allowed him to do so. There is a big problem which our new generation is facing is that they do not know how to control that hulk who has taken control of their emotions/feelings and the mood which changes in a second.
