Some months ago, I met a girl from Kolkata, a perfect example of the brain with beauty. I do not have words to explain her beauty, skills, and enthusiasm as she is always ready to help others. As I see in her eyes there is a lot, she wants to share and discuss. I am nothing to tell about her but a friend cum teammate at the place where we met. Some days back I was thinking about her that how would she living her life thereafter decided to write some lines on her life. As I have not done any diploma and degree in the "Art of dealing with People" but after reading some books and listening to some good people, I got to know one thing which is "how to deal with people" but remember one thing always i.e "Exceptions are always there". The three things which I have learned are as follows: 1st thing is  "to accept the people as they are"  It is necessary to accept the people as they are as I always say that you will not be able to change the people instead of that we can change ourselves according to the situations which we face, Let suppose, you are seeing there is a person who is superior to you and he is doing what you do not like but in his mind he likes a lot what he is doing, can you stop him as he is superior to you and can even fire you from your job, the answer is strictly "NO" you can not, but instead of that you can accept that person as he is, do not insist that anyone be perfect or change ...

Importance of "Hindi language"! Yes, you read it right that is "Hindi", not "English".

A country which gave us people like Methlisharan Gupt, Shankaracharya, Tulsidas, Kabir, Gurunanak, Mir, Mirja Galib, Munshi Premchand, Mahadevi Verma and many more is now forgetting its own language. You must have heard at least a name from this list. They were legends who wrote many poems, kinds of literature, and books in the Hindi language which we are reading today. If these people would be alive so they would be disheartened by seeing India in this situation where people give more importance to English as compared to Hindi.  If anyone says that he is bad at Hindi so we think that he is brilliant.  WOH! he does not know the Hindi language, he must be a well-educated person and on the other hand, if anyone says I am bad at English so, really we think that how illiterate person he is, he does not know English, he must not be knowing anything and can not do anything in his future.  I respect all the languages in the world but in India, the situation ...
